Lego® Serious Play® or commonly abbreviated as
LSP is a facilitated workshop, where participants
respond to tasks by building symbolic and
metaphorical models using Lego® and explaining
them to other participants.
This LSP is a training process by developing
several competency aspects including personal
competence (analytical thinking, innovation,
achievement, etc.) and group dynamics
(teamwork, leadership, communication, etc.)
