PT Bravo Sinergi Solusi is an Indonesian company that provides Human Resources (HR) consulting services. Established in 2015, we have successfully addressed numerous challenges various companies face. For more than 8 years, PT Bravo Sinergi Solusi has earned the trust of major corporations and communities in Indonesia, establishing itself as a reliable consultant.
Our primary objective is to help organizations maximize their values and potential. Our training programs are based on the principles of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. We prioritize flexibility and adaptability in solving our client’s problems based on their needs, resources, and culture. We are known as youthful consultants with a creative approach to team dynamics solutions. We are best known for our LEGO® Serious Play® method to clarify ideas and concepts for the team and help individuals to develop their potential into positive, tangible results.
